"Marchuary"Edition (Because February flew by and we missed it.) Welcome back. Let's dive right in. What's the latest?

  • Price Consults (or "check-ins"): On Tuesday March 1st, 2022 (last Tuesday lol), we implemented a price increase and started using a new price model. Most of your homes have custom pricing, so I will be reaching out to each of you to “check-in” and to chat about your new rates. I have been sending detailed texts to clients right before their upcoming clean date which has been received really well. These check-ins are also a great time to ask any questions or discuss any changes in your cleaning schedule or cleaning priorities.

  • New(ish) Faces: My wife, Jordan, joined me in the business a few months ago. A few of you know her from cleaning in your homes, but I don't believe everyone has met her yet. While cleaning side-by-side with me and watching me operate the business, she noticed that I was having a hard time balancing miscellaneous admin tasks, inquiries, financials and all other new business tings on top of cleaning full-time. I jokingly begged her to “take over my new client inquiries, people would love you!” and here we are. Jordan is an awesome communicator, a detailed cleaner, and can tell one hell of a joke. She's also good at all that technology stuff... which I am not. She’s perfect for the team. Having said that, Jordan is slowly transitioning into managing most of Order & Scrub's administrative tasks such as: new client inquiries and on-boarding, scheduling, communication with clients (both regular and new), etc. She will be working alongside me to help serve you guys as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Going forward, do not be alarmed if you get a response from Jordan rather than me. She’ll take excellent care of you.


  • Newsletter Frequency Change: We wanted so badly to have a monthly newsletter, but seeing as how February got away from us so fast (peep the title), we are now calling it an "as needed" newsletter for the time being. Our goal is to still communicate often, but with a much looser post schedule. When we have something to say, we'll say it and when we can go back to monthly, we will. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us through text, call, or email if you have any questions, comments, or suggestions between letters.

  • We're hittin' pause: At this time we are fully booked through March and will not be able to serve new clients until 4/15/2022. If you refer us to a friend, share the word (thanks!) Note: This is for new clients only. If you are a recurring client or already confirmed on the schedule through April 15th, you're good to go.
